Our Quality assurance program is an ongoing process planned and carried out by MKO Holding top management team in the US & China to ensure that the quality of care that we provide is meeting certain standards.
The main point of our quality control:
• To ensure that the work is done correctly for the first time
• To ensure that we are eliminating the errors to avoid the problems before they happen
• To ensure we are creating the appropriate match between the demands of our clients and our production ability
• To ensure that we provide the appropriate training to our personnel and consultants to make sure they have the required knowledge and skills
• To ensure that we have the appropriate planning, communication, and management between our staff and all the involved entities.

• Prevent errors from happening as much as possible
• Ensuring the errors are being detected, corrected and being prevented from happening again as early as possible
